Irradia Energía has developed the execution project and construction management of the installations at Hacienda El Rosario, in Seville.

Irradia Energía has been in charge of the design and construction management of the solar thermal energy, air conditioning, plumbing, sanitation, electricity, telecommunications and fire protection installations for the homes and common areas. In addition, it has also been responsible for the pre-installation of charging points for electric vehicles in compliance with the new REBT regulations.

All the facilities have been designed using BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, which makes it possible to virtually build the planned facilities, controlling the construction and assembly processes and resolving conflicts before the start of construction.
