Irradia Energía has developed the execution project and construction management of the facilities at Hacienda El Rosario, in Seville.
The Developer Aedas Homes has made delivery to its owners of the first phase of the RL-02 development of 142 homes at Hacienda El Rosario. This urbanization has a large area of common areas with a swimming pool, sports courts, storage rooms, garages, etc.
Irradia Energía has been in charge of the design and construction management of the solar thermal energy, air conditioning, plumbing, sanitation, electricity, telecommunications and fire protection installations for the homes and common areas. In addition, it has also been responsible for the pre-installation of charging points for electric vehicles in compliance with the new REBT regulations.
All installations have been designed using BIM technology
