Irradia Energía has collaborated with the architectural firm Lamela in the execution project for 206 homes in Sancti Petri, Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz).
The Developer Aedas Homes embarks on this ambitious project that includes 180 multi-family homes and 26 single-family homes, in addition to a large area of common areas with swimming pool, recreational areas, storage rooms, garages, etc..
Irradia Energía has been in charge of the design of the air conditioning and ventilation installations, DHW production, plumbing, sanitation, electricity, telecommunications and fire protection for the homes and common areas. The development also has charging points for electric vehicles in compliance with the new REBT regulations.
In addition, these homes will be BREEAM® certified, which promotes more sustainable construction, resulting in economic, environmental and social benefits for everyone involved in the life of a building (developers, owners, tenants and users).
All the facilities have been designed using BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, which makes it possible to virtually build the planned facilities, controlling the construction and assembly processes and resolving conflicts before the start of construction.
