This is the second phase of the supply of equipment and its installation at the Micro Electrical Network Laboratory of the University of Cuenca, in Ecuador.
This second phase, like the first one developed between 2014 and 2016, is financed through the Debt Swap program between Spain and Ecuador.
Irradia Energía e Intienergías Renovables (a company of the Irradia group in Ecuador) have supplied an important number of equipment to complete the laboratory of Micro Power Grid The results of the first phase are: complete photovoltaic kits, three-phase power converters, optimizers for photovoltaic panels, hybrid inverters, weather stations, an InGaAs detector, lithium batteries, AC energy meters, electric vehicle charging stations, electric motorcycles and electric bicycles.
As of today, all the equipment is already at the University, and the project is in the installation phase and its integration to the SCADA of the Microgrid.
