Irradia Energía is collaborating with Ferrovial in the construction of the Giralda Center Hotel through the development of the facilities project in a BIM environment.

The project for this hotel was originally developed in CAD and Ferrovial wanted the support of this work methodology to detect incidents before the start of the works.

A first model of the facilities was prepared, as well as a simplified model of the architecture and structure based on the CAD drawings of the execution project, and as a result, conflicts that would have caused a delay in the construction work were detected.

Currently, this is a WIP (work in progress) model The modifications approved by the project management are introduced during the development of the work, in order to have available the BIM model updated at the end of the work (BIM as-built model) that will assist in the management and maintenance of the Hotel.
