Irradia Energía has been the engineering firm chosen by the architectural firm Conesa y López Arquitectos to develop the installations for 60 subsidized housing units, garages and storage rooms in Dos Hermanas (Seville) on the “Antiguo Hipervalme” plot.
Irradia Energía is in charge of the design of the air conditioning and ventilation installations, DHW production, plumbing, sanitation, electricity, telecommunications and fire protection of the houses and common areas. The facilities also have provisions for recharging electric vehicles in compliance with the new REBT regulations.
BIM technology is used for the design and modeling of the facilities.

(Building Information Modeling) technology is used for the design and modeling of the facilities, which allows for the virtual construction of the projected facilities, controlling the assembly construction processes and resolving conflicts before the start of construction. In coordination with the architecture and structure, the entire project is worked with AutodeskTM REVIT software.
