Grupo Desproave is once again committed to self-consumption of electricity with Irradia Energía for the design and installation of a new photovoltaic installation at Granja La Pastora.

Irradia Energía’s team, once again, studies, designs and sizes the installation to optimize the generation, allowing to compensate the savings generated with the payment of the solar system itself. The photovoltaic modules are again of the prestigious REC brand, as in Granja Las Medianas, with a 25-year warranty and a useful life of more than 30 years. Thanks to the 144 photovoltaic modules, a total installed power of 50 kilowatt peak is achieved.

The facility will supply more than half of the farm’s annual electricity consumption, avoiding the emission of around 25 tons of_CO2 and replacing conventional generation with clean, green and renewable energy. The energy produced will exceed 80,000 kilowatt hours per year.

Installation similar to the one at Granja Las Medianas, in which the set of panels is also divided into two rows. Electrically, they are connected in series of 18 modules, achieving a working voltage of about 750 volts in direct current. Two INGECON SUN 20TL inverters, INGETEAM brand, are responsible for the transformation of direct current into alternating current.

In addition, it is possible to read in real time the energy generated, the self-consumed energy, and the exchange with the grid, as well as the performance of the set thanks to the integrated remote monitoring system, both from the web and from the mobile application.
