Project and execution of a 100 kW solar photovoltaic installation for self-consumption at the Diocesan Seminary of Seville.
IRRADIA ENERGÍA has collaborated with the Archdiocese of Seville by carrying out the project and executing the photovoltaic installation of 100 kW of nominal power that is used to reduce the electrical consumption of the Diocesan Seminary.
The sizing and design of the installation has been adapted to the unique architecture of the building by dividing the solar panel installation into three equal subfields for the best integration into the roofs of each of the three bays of the building.
The photovoltaic generator consists of 180 modules of 550 W, which are distributed in 12 branches of 15 modules connected in series to the inverter, obtaining a peak power of 99 kW, which will generate more than 150,000 kWh/year of electrical energy for self-consumption.
The installation has the economic support of the incentive program linked to self-consumption and storage with renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in Andalusia under Royal Decree 477/2021, of June 29, 2021, as well as the Resolution of September 28, 2021 of the Andalusian Energy Agency.
