After the works carried out during the summer by the company Andalclima, the new cooling plant of the building of the Metropolitan Seminary of Seville has been commissioned.

It was the replacement of the old chiller plantconsisting of a split refrigeration unit, with the evaporator and compressor in the machine room, and the condenser on one of the terraces of the mezzanine floor, by a new compact air-water machinelocated in the same place where the condenser was originally located.

Irradia Energía has carried out the design and construction management of this intervention.
