Work has already begun on the new Aedas Homes development in Hacienda El Rosario, called RL-05, in which Irradia Energía is responsible for the design of all the installations and is in charge of their construction management.

This is the fourth development in this plot, after the previous RL-02, RL-01 and RL-06 (the latter also in the construction phase), in which Irradia Energía collaborates with Gea Arquitectos for the elaboration of the Execution Project and the subsequent Construction Management.

This new development consists of 162 homes (distributed in 6 portals) and 6 commercial premises, with two garage floors that also include storage rooms. It also has an interior garden with a children’s area, all integrated in the Hacienda El Rosario plot with sports courts, swimming pool and social club.

Irradia Energía carries out the design of all installations: Electricity, Plumbing and DHW production, Sanitation, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Fire Protection and Telecommunications. To this end, it uses BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, which allows for the virtual construction of the projected facilities, controlling the construction assembly processes and resolving conflicts before the start of construction.

An example of this is that each doorway of the building will have a self-consumption photovoltaic installation to supply electricity to the common uses of the building.
